Background

Richard was born in Miami, Florida and thereafter lived in many different cities around the world. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from University of Colorado in Boulder. After his undergraduate studies, Richard enjoyed a successful career as an Insurance Adjuster for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Boston, Massachusetts. Wanting to do more in the industry, Richard embarked on a second career in the area of law. Richard attended and graduated from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts and has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 2003. After graduation, Richard continued his studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he received an LLM in Taxation. Richard then joined the Debt Relief Legal Centers as a litigation attorney in Tampa, Florida. Richard has appeared before the Bankruptcy Judges in the Middle District of Florida for hundreds of issues and contested matters. Richard primarily practices in Bankruptcy, Creditor Rights & Collection Law, Creditor Harrassment and Tax Controversy.
